Free tacos for all

Even though their food is quite cheap, wouldn't they loose money on that? I'm sure there will be people that go to every Taco Bell in their area just to get a free taco. I probably will not be getting a free taco if it does happen. The last time I ate something from there, I got really sick.

Actually not really, they make me sick too.
I have my doubts about them losing money over it because of the profit that they make and the extremely low costs of production (hence the getting sick part ). Having worked in the fast food management business before, I can totally say it's a marketing ploy. Why? Because think of it this way, the tacos themselves will be free, but a high percentage of the people will end up buying either a drink or other sides, or even both. Since the cost of the drink is actually significantly higher than that of the taco, they won't be losing any money on it.

I love taco bell, never got sick like u guys, but i really wouldn't go outta my way for a free taco. It seems really pointless, and has almost no promotional value to it.
