WOW...what the...Perhaps they did it for a challenge? Or they really really disliked them and wanted to do somthing memorable?  MAYBE THEY WERE NINJAS? :ninja:

Or maybe the repo guys came by and couldnt get in the house, so they took the pool?

I don't see it as queer, really. When you need some kind of component for whatever you're trying to do and there's no options available, the last resort is to find one and use that. I think this is the case, though I can't make an educated guess with the lack of information.

Well, one has to ask, what did they need the pool for? I mean really, there is no practical applications for a pool taken out of the earth. I could understand if it was an out of ground one, where they could set it up again with little problem, but to install an built in one is a lot of work, and really noticable.

The only logical idea is that they knew the people, and took advantage of them while they were on vacation. Think about it, you don't just steal a pool out of the ground on a whim.Takes planning and knowing the schedules of the people who live there.

Unless they sold the parts of the pool as scrap, you can make some quick cash with scrap. <3
